Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Assist with staffing, setup, and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Ensure high standards of guest services.
• Develop and train store staff.
• Control expenses and minimize shrinkage.
• Manage merchandising and inventory control.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Capability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $19.00 - $19.25 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
