Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 - $17.50 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store
• Assist in establishing and maintaining guest services
• Help develop staff and control expenses and shrinkage
• Oversee aspects of merchandising and inventory control to ensure maximum sales and profitability

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours
• Capable of climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
• Prior retail management experience required
