Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store
- Support overall store operations to ensure maximum sales/profitability
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Develop staff
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking
- Climbing ladders
- Setting up fixtures
- Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail management experience required

Pay
Hourly rate ranges from $18.90 to $19.15 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.
