Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

About the role

The position offers an hourly rate ranging from $17.25 - $17.50 per hour, which is contingent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include: Massachusetts Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, and End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store.
• Ensures maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Develops staff and controls expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• A flexible schedule is required.
• The physical demands of the job include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.
