Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Hourly rate ranges from $19.00 - $19.25 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store
• Assist in overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Establish and maintain guest services
• Develop staff and control expenses and shrinkage
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours
• Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
