Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store.
• Ensures maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Develops staff and controls expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• A flexible schedule is required.
• The physical demands of the job include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $18.94 - $19.19 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
