About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. This role ensures maximum sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control.

• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Assist with staffing, setup, and teardown of the store
• Maintain Guest Services standards
• Develop and manage store staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience

Physical demands

• 8+ hours of standing and walking daily
• Climbing ladders and setting up fixtures
• Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
