Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the following tasks: developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory control. This position ensures maximum sales and profitability by adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Experience: Prior retail and/or management experience required
