Assistant Store Manager, Sandro, Caesar's Forum Shops, Las Vegas, NV

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Sandro-Paris Free-standing Boutique at the Forum Shops @ Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, NV. As part of SMCP, a global leader in accessible luxury with four Parisian chic brands (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot), you will contribute to delivering unique products and premium experiences to customers in 43 countries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for creating memorable shopping experiences, acting as the master party host of the boutique/selling floor.
• Maintain a personal sales goal, typically contributing approximately 20% of the store’s sales.
• Observe and coach sales associates on performance, focusing on KPIs such as conversion and units per transaction.
• Ensure team members fully utilize all selling tools during the client interaction.
• Develop the team’s effectiveness in wardrobing and styling clients.
• Deliver new hire and product knowledge training for all new team members.
• Act as Manager on Duty, resolving customer issues using sound problem-solving techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in visual merchandising, adhering to established brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of prior supervisory experience.
• Exposure to a clienteling-based service model is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to foster an environment of teamwork and trust while actively contributing to each team member’s growth and development.
• Solid problem-solving skills.
• Possession of potential client or talent resources is a plus.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
