About the role

Join our family-owned fine jewelry store as an Assistant Manager. For 75 years, we’ve built a reputation as the go-to destination for high-end fine jewelry, designer collections, and luxury watches.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by leading from the front, inspiring your team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our clientele, creating memorable experiences that uphold our reputation for luxury and quality.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory oversight, and visual merchandising.
  • Treat the store as your own, taking initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and driving results.
  • Navigate challenges with empathy, maintaining positive relationships with customers and team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive team environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to succeed.
  • A passion for treating the business as your own, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
