Responsibilities
- Drive sales by leading from the front, inspiring your team to meet and exceed goals.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Deliver exceptional service to our clientele, creating memorable experiences that uphold our reputation for luxury and quality.
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory oversight, and visual merchandising.
- Treat the store as your own, taking initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and driving results.
- Navigate challenges with empathy, maintaining positive relationships with customers and team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive team environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to succeed.
- A passion for treating the business as your own, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
