Assistant Store Manager (Operations)

Starting pay: $18.47/hr – $20.47/hr. Must be 21+ to apply.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule required; 24/7 stores may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

About the role

• Lead by example: perform and oversee all Team Member tasks and duties.
• Team development: assist with training, mentoring, and supervision of all Team Members.
• Facility maintenance: support safety by inspecting facilities and equipment.
• Operational excellence: complete general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Requirements

• 1+ year of supervisory experience (preferred).
• ServeSafe Certification (current or willingness to obtain).
• Interpersonal & communication skills: engage effectively with Team Members and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Collected & composed: remain calm under pressure while delivering extraordinary customer service.
• Effective problem solving: recognize and analyze issues, then create effective solutions.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, handling, horizontal reaching, reaching above shoulder level, reaching below the waist, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing.
• May involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects up to 50 pounds.
• Must safely work with high-temperature equipment while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
