We're seeking talented candidates for an Assistant Store Manager position at Jiffy Lube, America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates.
• Ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals.
• Maintain an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.
• Frequently perform the functions of other store team members (Lube Techs, Mechanics/Certified Technicians) as required by business needs, team member absences, or other factors.

Requirements

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred (but not required).
• Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience (training provided).
• A current and valid driver's license is required.
