Assistant Store Manager - Jiffy Lube Multicare

About the role

As a member of the location management team, the successful candidate will provide hands-on overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals, while maintaining an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates.
• Ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals.
• Maintain an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.
• Frequently perform the functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics / Certified Technicians as required.

Requirements

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• A stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience.
• A current and valid driver's license is required.
