Assistant Store Manager - Jiffy Lube Multicare

About the role

As a member of the location management team, the successful candidate will provide "hands-on" overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meets or exceeds company goals, while maintaining an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide "hands-on" overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates.

• Maintain an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.
• Frequently perform the functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics / Certified Technicians as required due to business needs, team member absences, or other factors.

Requirements

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• A stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience.
• A current and valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
