Assistant Store Manager (Harbor East)

As the Assistant Store Manager, you contribute to the store's performance through talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience. Ideal candidates are motivated, adaptable to change, coachable, and passionate about our brand.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership
  • Support overall store performance and KPIs
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by educating customers on our history, product, and industry
  • Create effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
  • Build new and repeat business through customer clienteling
• Training + Development
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and developing internal and external talent
  • Communicate effectively to energize and encourage teamwork
  • Lead through collaboration, fostering accountability and trust
  • Clearly communicate new initiatives and goals in a timely manner
• Customer Service
  • Provide the best customer experience to all customers
  • Lead by example in store presentation and team conduct
  • Coach the team on return policies while prioritizing customer experience
  • Respond professionally to customer complaints and concerns with resolution in mind
  • Lead execution of brand visual standards and updates
• Operations
  • Execute daily store operations efficiently
  • Schedule team members according to business needs and budget
  • Manage store inventory with high attention to detail per SOPs
  • Lead opening and closing duties

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a retail leadership position
• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Ability to work full-time hours with open availability

Pay

Hourly wage starts from $25 - $27 per hour, with commission and bonus opportunities.
