Assistant Store Manager- Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Manager who can deliver a top-notch customer experience, oversee key operational functions, drive performance, and maintain a high-functioning, motivated team while promoting and upholding the standards of our iconic brand under the guidance of our Store Manager.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a critical leadership role by executing business strategies, driving daily sales goals, and fostering a motivating and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Energize every customer interaction with a warm and helpful approach to inspire sales and build brand loyalty.
• Lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing day-to-day performance, and coaching associates to drive an exceptional store experience.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by staying connected to new campaigns and product launches, promoting the brand vision to customers.
• Work proactively on the sales floor by processing new inventory, restocking shelves, cashiering, and other operational tasks.
• Radiate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers, fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead by example, manage challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Energy and excitement around the brand’s goals and values.
• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
