Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time)

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized store focused on customer satisfaction. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, they assist with supervising staff, managing merchandise presentation, completing paperwork, and preparing deposits. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and assisting with store opening and closing. They support employee scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance. The role involves managing merchandise through receiving, stocking, rotating, and creating displays, as well as maintaining accurate inventory and controlling damages and markdowns. They help ensure financial integrity by overseeing cashier accountability, cash handling, and adhering to security procedures. Additionally, they assist in implementing planograms and present merchandise according to store standards. In the absence of the Store Manager, they assume store management responsibilities.
