Assistant Store Manager- Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Manager who can deliver a top‑notch customer experience, oversee key operational functions, drive performance and maintain a high‑functioning, motivated team, while promoting and upholding the standards of our iconic brand, all under the guidance of our amazing Store Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a critical leadership role by executing business strategies, driving daily sales goals, and fostering a motivating and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm and helpful customer experience that inspires sales and builds brand love.
• Lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures, day‑to‑day performance management, coaching associates, and supporting the brand in delivering an exceptional store experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying connected to new campaigns and product launches and promoting the brand vision to customers.
• Work the sales floor by processing new inventory, restocking shelves, cashiering, and related tasks.
• Represent the brand with pride, commitment, and passion on social platforms.

Requirements

• Friendly, organized, with excellent time‑management skills.
• Strong leadership presence; able to lead by example, manage challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Energy and excitement around brand goals and values.
• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key‑holder responsibilities.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, squat for prolonged periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.
