Responsibilities

• Energize every customer interaction with a genuine welcome and spark conversations that inspire sales and build brand connection.
• Lead store operations as an Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures, managing day-to-day performance, coaching associates, and supporting the brand in driving an exceptional store experience.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador by staying updated on Calvin Klein’s unique and timeless fashion, showcasing the brand to customers, and creating lifelong fans.
• Act as a Visual Expert by processing, restocking, remerchandising, and maintaining the sales floor in alignment with the brand’s vision.
• Radiate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers, embracing uniqueness, inclusion, and teamwork as a Social Influencer.

Requirements

• Friendliness, organization, and strong time management skills.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead by example, manage challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Energy and excitement around shared goals and values.
• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
