About the role
The Store Manager reports to the District Manager and is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the store team to exceed sales targets and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Coaching, training, and developing the team to maintain strong performance.
- Maintaining compliance with all policies and procedures, including loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, and exchanges.
- Managing team scheduling and ensuring efficient store operations.
- Maintaining high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Supporting daily operations such as stocking, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks.
- Building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within the team.
Responsibilities

Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Two or more years of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
A deep interest in fashion.
A natural leader with a growth mindset.
A big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.
Qualifications
