Assistant Store Manager, Fabletics (Scottsdale Quarter - Scottsdale, AZ)

Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our retail store at Scottsdale Quarter in Scottsdale, AZ. About the role

As a key collaborator with the Store Manager and leadership team, you’ll leverage cutting-edge technology to create a seamless, omnichannel shopping experience between online and our physical stores. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values through high self-accountability, acting as a model for all team members.
• Support the Store Manager and Supervisor in training store Associates to engage customers in new and meaningful ways.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Manage the store’s daily activities to align with Company and Store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of management experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and an innate ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

• Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
