Assistant Store Manager - Cotton On North Star
About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to deliver to our customers and our people. Your responsibilities include understanding daily/weekly/monthly store priorities, assigning projects and tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates, and ensuring compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements
- A Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends!
- 1+ years of Retail Management, preferably fast fashion experience
- 1+ years proven track record inspiring and managing diverse and high performing teams
- Demonstrated result and acumen in driving sales, stock and service delivery
- Knowledge of retail merchandising practices, including the ability to execute VM directives and deliver on world class visual merchandising standards with your team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly, squat/kneel, use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely

Pay
The wage range for this full time hourly paid position is $22.50 - $25.50 / hr.
