About the role

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all areas, including Brand, People, and Operations, while also taking on primary duties when the Store Manager is absent.

Responsibilities

• Brand: Supervise and plan associate activities to maximize sales and customer loyalty, ensure brand standards are met, and resolve customer issues.

• People: Engage, train, and develop teams, recruit candidates, coach associates, and maintain positive relations with Store Manager peers.

• Operations: Ensure processes are executed, manage inventory and payroll, and adhere to safety and loss prevention protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 18 years old

• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred

• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred

• Ability to lead or support a team

• Effective communication skills

• Scheduling availability to meet business needs

• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
