The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and apply the rules. Rules: - Use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose - Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) - Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it - Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail - Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions - IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them - Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones - Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Now, let's parse the job posting: 1. Title: "Assistant Store Manager" at Titlemax, Wichita Falls, TX - but we shouldn't repeat the job title as a heading. 2. There's an introductory paragraph: "As an Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you'll support our customers through real financial needs while gaining hands-on experience running a store. You'll develop your leadership skills in real-time by driving account management, customer outreach, and risk management. It's performance-driven, people-first, and packed with growth potential. If you're ready to build your confidence, learn the business, and move up quickly with a Company that invests in your future, you just found your next step." 3. Compensation section: "The hourly wage for the position is $16.00 per hour. The hourly rate is just one of many elements that make up our Total Compensation package." 4. Benefits & Perks: a long list of benefits. 5. What You'll Do - Essential Duties And Responsibilities: a list of duties. 6. What We're Looking For – Qualifications And Skills: a list of qualifications. 7. Nice To Haves - Preferred Qualifications And Skills: a list of preferred qualifications. 8. Workplace Awards & Recognition: a paragraph about awards. 9. Our Purpose: a paragraph about the company. 10. Then there's boilerplate: "The information contained herein is not intended to be an all-inclusive list...", "Important: The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands will never ask you for banking...", "In-store positions are in person only.", "The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is committed to providing an inclusive workplace...", "CCFI Companies, LLC is an equal-opportunity employer." We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The last few paragraphs are boilerplate. Also the "Think you'd thrive here? Learn more at..." is application instruction. We should keep substantive sections: About the role (intro), Pay (compensation), Benefits, Responsibilities, Requirements (Qualifications), Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves). Also maybe Company Overview (Our Purpose) and Awards? The rules say include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. The awards and purpose are specific content, but they might be considered company boilerplate. However, they are specific to this posting. The rules say "Preserve ALL substantive information". I think we should include them as sections, maybe "Company Overview" and "Awards & Recognition". But the rules say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The awards section is short but specific. The purpose is a paragraph. Could include them. But note: The rules say "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So we can use those headings. We have Pay, Benefits, Responsibilities, Requirements (Qualifications), Preferred Qualifications (maybe Skills). Also an introductory "About the role" section. We need to fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The location "Wichita Falls, TX" and brand "Titlemax" are metadata. Could include in a short paragraph at the top. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. So no

    Assistant Store Manager

. Now, structure: - Maybe start with a

for location and brand: "Titlemax, Wichita Falls, TX" but the posting says "Your Opportunity Assistant Store Manager Titlemax Wichita Falls, TX". That's like a header. We can put that in a

or just drop? The rule: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." I'll include a short

with the location and brand. - Then an "About the role" section with the introductory paragraph. - Then "Pay" section with the compensation paragraph. - Then "Benefits" section with the list of benefits. - Then "Responsibilities" section with the list of duties. - Then "Requirements" section with the list of qualifications. - Then "Preferred Qualifications" section with the nice-to-haves. - Then "Company Overview" section with the purpose paragraph. - Then "Awards & Recognition" section with the awards paragraph. But we must ensure we don't create sections with filler. All these have real content. Now, format each list as

    • . The benefits list is long, each bullet is a benefit. The duties list is bullet points. The qualifications list is bullet points. The preferred qualifications list is bullet points. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we must include all bullet points exactly as they appear, but maybe clean up formatting (remove asterisks, etc.). The benefits list has asterisks and some sub-bullets? Actually the benefits list is a series of lines starting with "Paid on-the-job training...", "Access to a robust learning...", etc. They are separated by line breaks. We'll make each a
    • . Similarly for duties, qualifications, preferred. Now, the "Workplace Awards & Recognition" is a paragraph, not a list. So we can put as

. The "Our Purpose" is a paragraph. Now, remove the boilerplate at the end: "The information contained herein...", "Important: The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands will never ask...", "In-store positions are in person only.", "The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is committed to providing an inclusive workplace...", "CCFI Companies, LLC is an equal-opportunity employer." Also the "Think you'd thrive here? Learn more at..." is application instruction. Also remove the line "Based on current benefit offering, which is subject to change with or without notice. Certain benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents which should be consulted for additional details and eligibility requirements." That's a disclaimer, but it's part of benefits. Could keep as a note? The rules say remove legal boilerplate. That's a legal disclaimer. I'll drop it. Also the schedule info: "Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.**Store hours, schedules, and/or the minimum number of hours required for this position may be subject to change by brand and at the sole discretion of the Company. Speak with your recruiter about the most up-to-date requirements." This is part of duties? Actually it's in the "What You'll Do" section. It's about schedule. Could be a separate "Schedule" section? The rules say never create Schedule section unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state schedule requirements. But it's embedded in duties. Could include as a bullet in responsibilities or as a separate schedule section. Since the rules say "use

for section headings (e.g. ... Schedule)" and "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting does state schedule details. However, it's part of the duties list. I think we can keep it as a bullet in responsibilities. But the schedule details are specific: full-time, 40 hours, weekends, in-person. Could create a "Schedule" section with that info. But the rules say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." A schedule section with just that might be thin. I'll include it as a bullet in responsibilities. Similarly, physical demands are in qualifications. Keep there. Now, let's write the HTML. We'll output only the HTML fragment. Let's start:
