About the role
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join their team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will have a significant impact on many lives by assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals, fostering a culture of customer satisfaction, and developing your team members' skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team member standards to achieve sales and profit projections.
- Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
- Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
- Recruit and select new team members.
- Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
- Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a jeweler or specialty retailer setting.
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
