Responsibilities
- Aid the Store Manager in meeting sales and profit targets
- Foster a culture of customer satisfaction
- Develop and evaluate the skills and product knowledge of team members
- Recruit and select new team members
- Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures
- Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a jeweler or specialty retailer setting
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners
- Basic computer skills and hardware proficiency
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions in various formats
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
