Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.

Pay

Base pay range: $16.50 – $25.20 per hour, plus commission on sales. Final pay rate is determined based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Availability to work days, nights, and weekends required.
