About the role

Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. In this role you will support the Store Manager, uphold company standards, and help create an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction while developing your team’s skills and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to meet sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit, select, and onboard new team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as needed.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Pay

Base pay plus commission on sales.
