Assistant Store Manager - Bal Harbour Shops

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own all client data and analytics for North America
• Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals
• Maintain sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer focus
• Supervise and follow-up daily goals and tasks of Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff
• Train and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff
• Work knowledge of all “back of house” operations
• Ensure that all store manuals are current
• Ensure that all logs are current
• Manage implementation & execution of all company initiatives within the store
• Assist in managing sales, shrink, controllable expenses including payroll
• Manage visual presentation, including planning, implementation/execution, adjustments and feedback on strategies
• Comply with Policies and Procedures in Store including dress guidelines
• Recruit, retain, supervise, train and develop store personnel

Qualifications

• 3+ years luxury retail management experience
• Rich experience and knowledge in luxury retail
• Responsibility & Ownership
• Team Oriented
• Proactive attitude and excellent communicator
