Assistant Store Manager

Description

Support Store Operations & Team Performance
Support daily store operations, scheduling, operational consistency, and overall store readiness.
Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and development of store team members.
Help maintain store records, operational documentation, and safety standards.
Partner with store leadership to support team performance and operational goals.
Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager when needed.

Elevate Consumer Experience & Brand Standards

Elevate consumer engagement throughout the store experience.
Support team selling efforts and assist consumers throughout the sales process.
Maintain visual merchandising, promotional updates, pricing accuracy, and brand standards.
Help resolve consumer concerns and communicate operational opportunities to leadership.

Requirements

• Consumer-focused, collaborative, and service-oriented.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.
• Adaptable and energized by leadership, teamwork, and operational excellence.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory or retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, consumer engagement, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred experience supporting merchandising, inventory management, and operational execution.
• Experience working in fast-paced consumer-facing retail environments.
• Visual merchandising experience preferred.
