Responsibilities
- Play an important role in store leadership, inspiring your team to work together to achieve our goals.
- Create an environment of aloha fun, while exceeding guest expectations.
- Provide guests with world-class service and knowledge on latest designs.
- Partner with the Store Manager to lead by example through motivation, support, and communication.
- Build strong sales and service relationships with guests in all aspects of store operations.
- Create a learning environment to coach and develop Retail Team Members.
- Coach and develop a team, promote sales and internal career growth, and set clear performance expectations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail experience
- 2+ years of management team supervision experience
- Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts
- Experience coaching and developing a team
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Natural collaborator capable of analyzing reports and identifying opportunities to make merchandising and presentation adjustments
- College Degree in Business or a related field
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business

- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bend/stoop/kneel required – frequently
- Climb ladders – occasionally
- Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
