Assistant Store Manager

Overview

We are looking for a purpose-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our expanding team and become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. In this role, you will be charged with creating a highly productive environment focusing on building a motivated team, ensuring an extraordinary guest experience, and balancing other corporate priorities, focusing on strategic, operational, and leadership excellence.

• Create an exceptional guest experience throughout their visit.

• Discover and respond to guest needs.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Work independently and be a self-starter.
• Have a friendly attitude in the face of adversity.
• Show attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Work cross-functionally and coordinate communication across diverse work groups.
• Work the hours needed to run your store effectively, which might include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
