Our stores are fast-paced, interactive, and built around demonstration-driven selling that creates a fun shopping experience. We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who thrives in an energetic retail environment and loves building high-performing teams. This role is ideal for experienced Store Managers or Assistant Managers ready to step into their first Store Manager role. Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store performance including recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team.
• Drive sales results and key retail metrics while creating an engaging and interactive in-store experience.
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage daily store operations including merchandising, scheduling, and inventory.
• Ensure the store reflects Showcase brand standards and energy.
• Work closely with your Store Manager to grow sales and build a strong team culture.

Requirements

• Retail management experience as an Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Passion for customer experience and sales performance.

Skills

• Ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve goals while maintaining strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in mall retail environments is considered an asset.
