Assistant Store Manager

Role Overview: The Assistant Store Manager supports store operations with a focus on customer satisfaction, store cleanliness, and organization. Key Responsibilities Assist with supervising employees, ensuring adherence to policies and providing training.Help manage merchandise presentation, including receiving, stocking, rotating, and creating displays according to planograms.Provide exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and handle cashier responsibilities.Support inventory management by controlling damages, markdowns, and maintaining accurate records.Contribute to financial integrity through cash control, key management, and deposit procedures.Participate in store opening and closing duties, including scheduling and safety meetings.Assist in managing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Qualifications and Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to lead and train staff, attention to inventory and merchandising details, and familiarity with cash handling and security procedures.
