The Role We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who is a natural leader, loves sales, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. You'll work side by side with the General Manager to build a high-performing team, grow our membership base, and create an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through our doors. This role is ideal for someone with a background in health and wellness, fitness, hospitality, or retail management who wants to take the next step in their leadership career. What You'll Do Lead and Develop the Team Partner with the General Manager to build a team culture centered on exceptional customer service and high performanceMotivate team members by recognizing their strengths and coaching them in the momentOversee onboarding and training for all non-medical staffHelp roll out new procedures, education, and performance expectationsAssist with performance management and disciplinary actions when needed Run Day-to-Day Operations Lead the studio when the General Manager is away, making sound decisions and escalating issues when appropriateMake sure opening and closing procedures are followed, and step in to complete them when neededKeep the studio safe, clean, and secure for guests and team membersBecome an expert on all Restore services and model hospitality, education, and sales skills for the teamHandle guest concerns and conflicts with confidence and professionalismWork with the General Manager, Lead Nurse, and Regional Manager to improve the studio's efficiency and resultsCarry out company-wide initiatives and other duties as assigned Drive Sales and Grow Memberships Hit your personal sales goals and motivate the team to reach theirsHelp the General Manager exceed studio revenue and membership targetsCheck in with members regularly to keep them on track with their wellness goalsManage member accounts: declined payments, expiring cards, missed appointments, freezes, and cancellationsSupport the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, inventory, ordering, payroll, and cost controlsHelp plan and lead monthly team meetings Build Community and Marketing Outreach Plan and promote monthly in-studio events that bring in new guestsSupport local marketing and community outreachFind and develop corporate partnerships and community connections with the General Manager Champion Our Culture Live Restore's core values and represent the Hyper Wellness® lifestyleCreate a fun, inclusive environment where every team member feels involved, valued, and recognized What You Bring 1–3 years of management or supervisory experienceA proven track record in sales, with membership, B2C, or B2B experience all welcomeA bachelor's degree (preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skillsComfort with numbers and the ability to turn metrics into action plansA drive to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for yourself and your teamA supportive leadership style and a team-player mindsetA passion for fitness, health, and wellnessA strong commitment to ethics and integrityGenuine joy in helping people feel better and live healthier lives Ready to help people do more of what they love?
