Assistant Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who will support a higher-level manager and help ensure the effective operation of our business and the satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for meeting goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction. We expect a leader with a strong business mindset, skilled in organizing work and solving problems, and possessing strong interpersonal and mediation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support managers in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy
• Organize daily activities and ensure schedules and objectives are met
• Interact with customers and learn their needs and specifications
• Manage, supervise, and support personnel
• Monitor operating costs, budgets, and resources
• Analyze and interpret data and prepare reports on the analysis results
• Manage recruitment process and training & development
• Ensure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in an Assistant Manager or related position
• Significant experience in recruiting and performance evaluation is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of financial and customer service principles and practices
• Good knowledge of data analysis procedures
• Good practical experience with MS Office
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Analytical mind with good math skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• BSc or BA degree in business administration or other relevant area; MSc or MA degree will be a bonus
