Assistant Store Manager

About the role

Join Radco as an Assistant Store Manager and lead a team that works with the latest vehicle technology and accessories. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure top-notch installations, and create lasting guest relationships in a dynamic automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in selling and installing custom vehicle accessories.
• Drive sales and achieve performance goals.
• Ensure professional, first-time-right installations.
• Deliver excellent in-store experiences to turn guests into repeat customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial and fleet accounts.
• Assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, and developing sales and installation team members.
• Help manage store schedules, team-related matters, and daily operations.
• Foster an upbeat, energetic, and professional environment for both team and guests.

Requirements

• Passion for the automotive industry, especially automotive accessories.
• Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to grow through Radco’s outstanding training opportunities.

Pay

Hourly base rate of $20.00–$22.00/hour, plus incentives tied to Topper Sales, Gross Profit Margin, and new guest/customer email capture.
