Assistant Store Manager

About the role

Radco is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to work in tandem with the Store Manager, leading a team that specializes in vehicle customization with the latest technology and accessories. This role focuses on delivering high guest satisfaction, driving sales, and ensuring professional installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in selling and installing accessories for guests looking to customize their vehicles.
• Achieve sales goals and drive results through effective sales strategies.
• Ensure professional installations that meet quality standards the first time.
• Create excellent in-store experiences to turn guests into repeat customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and fleet accounts.
• Assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, and developing sales and installation team members.
• Support the Store Manager with work schedules, team-related matters, and overall store operations.
• Foster an upbeat, energetic, and professional environment for both the team and guests.

Requirements

• Passion for the automotive industry, particularly automotive accessories.
• Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to grow and take advantage of training opportunities.

Pay

This position offers an hourly base rate of $20.00–$22.00, plus incentives tied to key metrics such as Topper Sales, Gross Profit Margin, and new guest/customer email capture.
