Assistant Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) position at Pandora @ Pembroke Lakes Mall is a high-performance role within the largest jewelry brand in the world. This role provides support to the Store Manager and is instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment, a strong sense of care in communication, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside the team to drive sales.
• Embrace the store culture and build genuine connections with fans.
• Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by setting new records and achieving remarkable success.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Build your network and inspire the best talent into Pandora across seasonal and core hiring including Sales Associates and Sales Leads.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
• A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented leader with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Developed a sense of care in communication skills both written and verbal.
• Charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to show and deliver positive results.
• Master of time management, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks.
• Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.

Pay

$20.10 per hour - $25.10 per hour commensurate with experience.
