The Assistant Store Manager at O'Reilly Auto Parts is responsible for leading the store team, supporting the Store Manager, and managing the store during their absence. Key duties include:
- Leading the store team in providing excellent customer service.
- Supervising customer service levels and executing customer service programs.
- Aiding the Store Manager in setting team member goals and providing feedback.
- Assisting in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks and interviewing candidates.
- Maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring all merchandise is invoiced.
- Performing store opening and closing duties, including handling returns and exchanges.
- Maintaining the store's facilities and equipment.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Answering the phone according to company policy.
- Processing buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders.
- Communicating Zipline messages and delegating Image Maker and merchandising tasks.
- Making sure team members comply with company policies.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include performance, quarterly, or premium pay.

Qualifications:
- Sales Specialist Training.
- Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
- Certified Parts Professional Certification (desired).
- ASE Certification (desired).
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish (highly desired).
