Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager at O'Reilly Auto Parts will support the Store Manager in various areas including sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Key responsibilities include leading the store team, managing customer service levels, supervising staffing during peak hours, setting team goals, providing feedback, and mentoring team members. Additionally, this position involves assisting with the hiring process, ensuring proper communication of Zipline messages, delegating and completing Image Maker and merchandising tasks, and performing store opening/closing duties.
Pay
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premium payments, which may vary based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Qualifications
- Sales Specialist Training
- Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
- Certified Parts Professional Certification (desired)
- ASE Certification (desired)
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
