Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in ensuring smooth store operations
• Delivers exceptional customer service
• Maintains merchandising standards
• Adequately adheres to operational procedures
• Drives sales performance
• Supports management of inventory levels
• Assists in the recruitment process for store talent
• Manages cash-handling tasks
• Ensures a clean, safe environment for both associates and customers
• Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Travels between locations as required
