Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
• Set goals and delegate tasks to your teams
• Follow up and report results back to your crew and fellow managers
• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
• Lead departments and support the General Manager

Qualifications

• Prior McDonald’s Department Manager Experience is preferred
