Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
• Set goals and delegate tasks to your team
• Follow up and report results to your crew and fellow managers
• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience
• Lead departments and support the General Manager

Requirements

• Dependable, always shows up on-time or early for all shifts and comes in when needed to support their team
• People-oriented, enjoys interacting with customers and their team
• Adapts well to change, enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
• Experience leading others, values others' opinions and collaborates well with peers
• Accountable, meets high standards of performance due to customer expectations

Qualifications

• Prior McDonald’s Department Manager Experience is preferred
