Responsibilities
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to your teams
- Follow up and report results to your crew and fellow managers
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience
- Lead departments and support the General Manager
Requirements
- Dependable, always showing up on-time or early for all shifts and coming in when needed to support their team
- People-oriented, enjoying interactions with customers and their team
- Adapts well to change, enjoying work that requires frequent shifts in direction
- Experience leading others, valuing others' opinions and collaborating well with peers
- Accountable, meeting high standards of performance due to customer expectations
Qualifications
- Prior McDonald’s Department Manager Experience is preferred
