About the role
Kenyon Noble’s Belgrade location is currently hiring for an Assistant Store Manager position. This position is a 40+ hour per week commitment that includes a full benefits package for qualifying employees with paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance, employee discounts & a 401(k) package. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with vendor or supplier reps
- Ordering products and inventory
- Pricing
- Merchandising
- Sets weekly/monthly schedules
- Any additional tasks or duties necessary to maintain the daily function of the store
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail management or related field preferred
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills
