• Leading the team to greet customers and drive sales

• Managing opening and closing procedures
• Cash management

Requirements

• Proven track record in retail management within a dynamic and hands-on environment
• Reliable, available for 40-45 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a sense of humor
• Outgoing personality, enjoys interacting with kids and adults alike
• Works well with others, cares about the team like family
• Passionate about maintaining a clean, inviting workspace and visual merchandising
• Self-motivated individual who can balance following directions and driving the store forward

Schedule

Store open 7 days a week, with flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts.

Pay

$16 - $18 per hour
