• Leading the team to greet customers and drive sales

Requirements

• Proven track record in retail management within a dynamic and hands-on environment
• Reliable, available for 40-45 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Works well with others
• Passionate about maintaining a clean, inviting workspace
• Self-motivated individual who can balance following directions and driving the store to new heights
