Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

The Good Feet Store is a specialty retail store with proprietary solutions that focus on the health and wellness of our clients. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, empowering customers with solutions that improve their quality of life. You'll play an impactful role in educating clients on the benefits of proper arch support, recommending suitable products, and developing and leading a team to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by meeting or exceeding goals.
• Lead and supervise a customer-facing team in a retail environment.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Manage time effectively, set realistic deadlines, and prioritize time-sensitive tasks.
• Work a fluctuating schedule, including days, evenings, weekends (both Saturday and Sunday), and some holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience increasing sales by meeting or exceeding goals.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a customer-facing business.

Schedule

• Store hours: Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; Sundays, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
• Requires availability for days, evenings, weekends (both Saturday and Sunday), and some holidays.

Pay

Expected total compensation between $75,000 - $90,000, including an annual base salary of $50,000 plus commission.
