Responsibilities
- Help manage the sales, merchandising, and organization of the store.
- Support and follow the direction of the Store Manager in driving sales and expense management.
- Ensure corporate programs and policies are executed to maximize superior customer service while upholding store standards.
- Serve as a role model within the unit for abiding by and holding others accountable for overall business practices.
